About the Event
Zumba on the Farm
Tuesdays 6-7pm
$10 per person- all ages welcome.
Tickets must be pre purchased here on the website to attend the event. We will look you up by name to check you in when you arrive! We will start promtly at 6pm, so we do recommend you arrive a few minutes early to get settled and the class will end at 7pm. All tickets are Non refundable or transferrable, sorry no exceptions.Â

Classes are held in our fully enclosed indoor arena so the events are held rain or shine. We will be dancing on a soft clay footing so we reccomend you dont wear your best pair of sneakers.Â
Dont forget to bring a water bottle! If you do we will have some available for purchase too!
Dress temperature apropriate and wear layers to take off as you warm up from dancing!
You are welcome to look at the animals before and after class too!Â

            BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
- Release of Liability for Channell HomesteadI, the undersigned, wish to participate in Zumba on the Farm and/or Farm and Equestrian Activities of my own liability. I acknoledge and understand that participation in fitness classes and related activities contucted by instructor Andrea Barboza Mcllcaine, and Channell Homestead  involves certain risks and potential dangers. By purchasing tickets i voluntarily agree to participate in the class and assume all ricks associated with my participation.Â
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the fitness class(es) provided by the Provider. I understand that physical exercise, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death. I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or other medical incidents.
Waiver and Release: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Provider, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in the fitness class(es), whether caused by the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.
Medical Representation: I represent that I am physically fit to participate in the fitness class(es) and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare provider and obtained clearance to participate.
Consent to Medical Treatment: I hereby consent to receive any necessary medical treatment resulting from my participation in the fitness class(es) and agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.
Photography and Video Release: I hereby grant permission to the Provider to take and use photographs and videos of me for promotional purposes without compensation.Â
Acknowledgment: I have read this Fitness Class Waiver, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing this document.
-   I may also be in close proximity to one or more horses or other farm animals undercircumstances which may expose me to some risk of injury due to the nature of horses, or other farm animals, theinherent risk of equine activities,  the facility, and the activities in which I will be engaged, including but not limited to the handling, grooming, leading, lunging, riding, driving, feeding, etc., and also including the operation of anyand all equipment and machinery which may be used for and during the maintenance of the property at andaround  Channell Homestead, and Christanie Channell and Matt Channell.  I also agree to abide by all of therules and regulations set by farm  owners.    I have read these  rules and regulations and understand them inentirety.In consideration of the following:  being allowed to pursue equestrian and other farm activities on the premises ofChannell Homestead, and Christanie and Matt Channell,  I, on behalf of myself, and my heirs, administrators,personal representatives, assigns and children and spouse, if any, do hereby agree to hold harmless, release anddischarge all mentioned above, which includes its officers, directors, members, agents, representatives, affiliatesand insurers, of and from all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability whether known or unknown,anticipated or unanticipated,  due to the  ordinary  negligence  of  the aforementioned.   I shall not bring  anyclaims, demands, legal actions or causes of action against Channell Homestead and Christanie and Matt Channell   for   any   damage   of   loss   due   to   bodily   injury,   death   or   property   damage   arising   out   of   myparticipation in these activities.I, as the undersigned participant, agree to assume any and all risks involved with in or arising from my use of horses, goats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, equipment, machinery or presence upon the premises of Channell Homestead,  and Christanie Channell and Matt Channell’s property and facilities., including withoutlimitation   but   not  limited   to:  the  risks   of   death,  bodily   injury,  property   damage,   falls,  kicks,   bites,  scratches,collisions with vehicles, horses or stationary objects, fire or explosion, the unavailability of emergency medicalcare, and/or the negligence and/or deliberate act of another person.I also agree to indemnify and defend Channell Homestead and Christanie Channell and Matt Channell. andall   successors,   assigns,   subsidiaries,   franchises,   affiliates,   officers,   directors,   owners,   partners,   employees,servants, and agents against and hold harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments,costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees which in any way arises from any claim brought despite this release,including any claim arising from my use of or presence upon property and facilities at and around property ownedby Channell Homestead and Christanie Channell and Matt Channell.This release of  liability  contract  is  non-assignable  and  non-transferable  and  is made and entered into in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts, and shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of this state.  Should anyclause be in conflict with State Law, then that clause is null and void.  When the Participant (and/or Participant’sparent or guardian, if Participant is a minor) signs this contract, it will then be binding on both the Participant andChristanie Channell and Matt Channell and any party  subject to the above terms and conditions.
- * * W A R N I N G * *Under Massachusetts Law, an equine professional is NOT liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant inequine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities, unless otherwise specifically provided forin Chapter 128, Section 2D of the Mass. General Laws.
- I have read the Equine warning, the farm/riding rules, the entirety of this liability release form,as well as the provisions and exceptions set forth in Chapter 128, Section 2D of theMass. General Laws.I fully understand and agree to this release
